again a little chuckle this AM thanks to Jericho:

So does @wweSheamus have an unfair advantage when it comes to doing Irish Whips during a match?

True.  I know I had read a rumor that there are 3 potential opponents for Taker.  Lesnar/Cena/Rock, and it'll be up to Taker... and ya know... assuming Lesnar is still around.

yeah.  Not a worry I'll have in the near, and maybe distant future.  Eagles season ticket waiting list is YEARS long.

Though the NFL has realized how nice and easy it is to stay at home and how some people don't want to go out and spend that kind of cash when they can sit and watch in HD, and watch Redzone, and follow their fantasy teams on their laptops.  So they are doing more with technology, teams are putting more TVs in and around the stadium.  NFL is having teams make sure they scroll/display stats from other games not just scores so people can still follow their fantasy squads and what not.  Also they'll show all replays/challenges in house so the crowd can get more of what they'd get if they stayed home.   Definitely a good move.

I'd wager heavily Rock/Cena 2 for the Title happens at Mania.

maybe Gabbert develops.  At least he has a solid WR to throw to.

Also the NFL has softened their blackout rules.  (attendance was down again last season) - the NFL won't blackout a game if a game is above 85% capacity.  But local markets still can.  I know Indy and Buffalo have both said they'll still black out games that aren't sell outs.

Two parter:  Yes i'm a lazy whore today, I should have just done 2 posts...

Thoughts on Nashville matching Weber's offer sheet?   philly sports blogger crunched the numbers and this contract seems like a bad idea for the Preds, but they pretty much HAD to keep Weber. - if you're interested.

2nd Question:  Is it sad I'm watching city/Arsenal replay on fox soccer right now?

So there is a reason Austin wasn't there.  He had major knee surgery a few days ago.

In trades no involving baseball's trade deadline.

The jets traded for offensive lineman Jeff Otah.

The New York Rangers traded for high skilled forward, Rick Nash.

I love Edge, but I didn't really "miss" him last night.  Ultimately there are only so many people they can squeeze into a 3 hour show, without losing some in the shuffle.  No Austin is disappointing, but my guess is that was Steve's call.  Either he was busy  or didn't want to be crowded out because Lesnar/Rock/Taker/DX were all there as well.  I can't imagine Vince didn't call him and ask "wanna stun me once for old time's sake?"

That said if they wanted to plant seeds for something, say Punk/Austin at Mania? Last night wouldn't have worked well because of the Punk/Rock stuff, imo.

Also the Marlins looked like they are becoming sellers, shipping of Anibal Sanchez and Omar Infante to the Tigers.

And, rumor has it the Braves will be trading for Ryan Dempster, but that one isn't complete yet.

the arthritis is worse than it has been the last few months.  I wonder if heat/humidity can help aggravate it, or if going 5 weeks instead of 4 for treatment was the catalyst.

Left 4 Dead. People are stupidly awful at this game and the whole point of it (teamwork to survive) unless I'm playing it around midnight, apparently.

hahaha I can only imagine.  Does alevel start and everyone go off on their merry way?

also I am now in the Jungle of Dead Island.  Currently trying to snag a motherfucking boat from some baddies.
