Ok maybe Im not so much of a veteran but honestly I feel like I am.... I started when I was 19 im 34 now but 7 years can be omitted but considering how many feds I have been it feels like a long time.

Just to toss my own stuff in...e-fedding (not counting the snail mail shit I did from 10-13)...is up to 15 years or something?  15ish...and I'm still under 30.

...I'm either so proud or going to cut myself.

I started when I was 16 or 17, I think. Maybe 15 at the earliest. I'm 25 now. So maximum of 10 years, maybe more like 8 or 9. But I haven't been active since 2008, even though I've successfully lurked around e-feds since then. So maybe you'd want to subtract 2 or 3 years off our my experience. Or don't.

So...I guess the "Ask an old veteran" idea for this thread is now going to be extended to all of us now.

Maybe not Jer.  Six years is like a piss break for us older folks *shakes fist*.

There is a special providence in the fall of a sparrow. If it be now, 'tis not to come; if it be not to come, it will be now; if it be not now, yet it will comeā€”the readiness is all.
