Operation:Tubby two-ton

So im a thunderhunky.  I don't like that.

So today marked the beginning of my calorie counting/light exercise adventure.  The only reason I post on here is hecase the more people know im doing it, the more likley I am to maintain.  Plus, you know, support me fuckers.

So i'll attempt to track what I've done here everyday.

Caloric intake for today = 1705

# of sodas = 0

Walked 2 miles

Punched heavybag appx 10 minutes

5 sets of ten 75 lbs incline benchpress

5 sets of ten 45 lbs bicep curls

2 sets of ten pushups

2 sets of ten setups

I feel like assl

Seriously now. Yes I'm overweight but I'm in the best shape of my adult life. So for right this minute I'm satisfied.

Sorry, I meant Trey.  I'm overweight and not in fabulous shape, haha. 

I'm glad for people who are happy with where they are physically, though. :)

I appreciate you guys.  For me, its less that im unhappy with myself and more a matter of comfort.  My knees and back are only getting worse and the longer I hold on to this extra weight, the worse it will get.

Today's stat

Caloric intake = 1504 calories

Soda= 1 diet coke 12 oz

20 minute cardiovascular on elliptical machine.

Weight training same as day before minus one rep.

Weight as of today= 241.2 lbs

Well there are several goals.

Ideally, by the time im 30  (3 years one month) id like to be around 190-200

With that weight loss I would like to lessen some of the gut/man boobage that is goin on.  Plus get my joints to stop screaming at me.

Today

Caloric intake = 1500

Sodas = 0

Did a 25 minute light aerobic session with my kinect using it'd trainer.  I was skeptical about the game.  Still am, but I felt a definite born in my core and lower body so i'll reserve judgement.

Weight today = 242.8

Caloric intake 1545

Sodas still none

Ran 1.5 miles

Did same strength training as day one.

My water intake is getting higher and higher each day and my energy level is actually already starting to rise.
