Did you see the Conan movie with Jason Mamoa in it?

Imagining that movie makes Valentine RP's a little scary to read, lemme tell you.

Q: Do you have deja vu?

A: I do now.

A: Yeah, he was the only good thing in it. Perfect casting of Conan. Bad story.

I have RPed as Valentine for years and years now; and could never get the right picture base. I had used Ricky Banderas and Joe Manganiello in the past. But then settled for Momoa the moment I saw him without dreadlocks. I was like "That's Valentine" lol

Nice to see a fellow member of the Commonwealth around here.

Do you ever get tired of the colonists getting uppity and trying to rule the world?

Okay, serious question:
I've seen you talk about the PUA community in a positive light elsewhere on the forums. Do you think the PUA approach is a good way to form meaningful relationships, or is it mostly just a set of tricks to rack up notches on your bedpost?

B: It's possible I have a small man crush on you.  Just wanted to get that out there.
Nicolle: I like you, so I will do things for you.
It's nice to be wanted.

Depends if you are lying to women or not. A lot of the "techniques" involve story telling and repeating tried and tested lines. When doing so these are not your stories, these are not your feelings or even your thoughts; so if you relay them to a girl you want to date seriously then it is going to bite you in the arse.

When I first started I used all the bullshitting lines and games. Did it get me laid? Yes. Did it get me more than that? No.

It was only when I worked for them that I started to "get it." That these lines in essence work, they also help you build up that social confidence and fight anxiety; the don't however teach you how to hold onto that special girl when she comes along or how balance your new found "skills" with women into your life.

I met my current GF when I was still working for a PUA company, and by that time I was so sure of myself and grounded as a person that I didn't need any of the crutches like "Demonstrations of Value," "Negging" and "openers" because I genuinely believe that I have something to offer.

When you get to that point, when you can openly chat to anyone, anywhere and make a connection; without using lines or lying, that's when the pick up arts has really worked for you.

Yes.

The missus and I are going to see a film and will more than likely have a few drinks somewhere afterwards.

Film: They were showing The Shining on the big screen...HAD TO BE DONE!

Kira? The chick from The Birthday Massacre. As for why you are getting a boner? Because she is worth a fuck?

Pros and cons.

Going out, by death of a hot goth chick is actually pretty cool. Although painful.

Yes. I have done four days a week since we spoke about it. up to 45mins each day. (A few times only 20mins purely because I felt like shit.) Gonna up it to five days this week and then six by mid December. Also going to start cycling to the pool, so that's a 15 min bike ride each way as well.

Do you follow the swimming at all on the world level?  Were you into Olympic pool and open water competitions?

To watch: Wrestling and MMA.
To do: Swimming and Cycling.

I like walking too, I live on an Island that has an awesome coastal path, which I have done a few times in full and segments of it a few times a month.

Both. Although In recent years its become harder and harder to watch amateur wrestling this side of the pond. We used to get a lot of it. Including us collage wrestling and sambo championships. Now however its strictly Olympic.
