UWA WEEKLY — WEEK 4
February 20–25, 2026 | Kingdom Come Fallout
REIGN: Ascension
Los Angeles, CA — Friday, February 20, 2026
Opening Segment: "The Blue-Collar Champion Returns"
REIGN opened with a celebration. Cameron Grayson entered to a thunderous ovation, the REIGN World Championship finally back where it belongs—over his shoulder. The crowd chanted "YOU DESERVE IT!" as Grayson stood in the ring, visibly emotional but composed.
"Six weeks ago, Maxwell Sterling stole this championship from me. He cashed in his briefcase on an exhausted man and called himself a champion. But at Kingdom Come... I took back what was mine. Not because I'm the flashiest. Not because I'm the richest. Because I'm the hardest working man in this business. And NOTHING can stop a man who refuses to quit."
The crowd erupted. But Grayson wasn't done.
"Now, I know Sterling's going to come out here demanding a rematch. That's fine. But I want everyone to understand: I'm not a transitional champion. I'm not holding this until someone better comes along. This is MY era. And anyone who wants this title will have to earn it the hard way—by going through me."
Maxwell Sterling's music hit. The former champion stormed to the ring, Penelope Price trailing behind, looking concerned.
Sterling: "Congratulations, Cameron. You finally did it. But let's be honest—you got lucky. One night. One match. That doesn't make you better than me. I DEMAND my contractual rematch. Next week. Right here."
Grayson: "You want a rematch? Fine. But not next week. You had your chance and you blew it. Get to the back of the line."
Sterling: "The back of the—DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!"
GM Diana Cross appeared on the stage with Judge James Morgan beside her. The crowd buzzed at Morgan's presence.
Diana: "Maxwell, you do have a rematch clause in your contract. However, per Judge Morgan's recommendation, you'll need to earn that opportunity. Tonight, you'll face Avalanche Anderson. Winner gets the next World Championship match."
Morgan: "Fair competition. That's what UWA is about now. No more shortcuts."
Sterling looked furious. Grayson smiled. Main event set.
Backstage: Empyrean Forge representatives approached Phoenix Rayne. "Ms. Rayne, we were impressed at Kingdom Come. Joshua Breedlove would like to discuss your future. Here's his card." Phoenix took it, looked at it thoughtfully. "I'll... think about it." The representatives nodded and left. Phoenix stared at the card—a potential ticket to SHOOT Project.
Match One: Tag Team Championship Defense
The Crown Jewels (c) (Prince Kai & Duke Morrison) vs. Los Asesinos (Santo Muerte & El Demonio Rojo)
Tag Team Championship — Los Asesinos' Rematch
Los Asesinos came out furious after losing their titles at Kingdom Come. They attacked before the bell, brawling with the Crown Jewels around ringside. The referee finally restored order.
This was a war. Los Asesinos brought their lucha violence—dives to the floor, double-team moves, brutal strikes. But the Crown Jewels used every dirty trick—illegal tags, holding tights, feet on ropes.
The finish was controversial: Santo Muerte had Prince Kai in a submission—Duke Morrison distracted the referee! A masked man slid into the ring and hit Santo with a loaded foreign object! Kai rolled him up—ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winners: The Crown Jewels via pinfall (14:18) — TITLE RETAINED
Who was the masked man?! He fled through the crowd before anyone could identify him. Los Asesinos were robbed! El Demonio tried to chase but lost him. The Crown Jewels celebrated their tainted victory as the masked figure disappeared. A new mystery begins.
Match Two: Women's Division
Phoenix Rayne vs. Valentina del Rio
Singles Match
Phoenix looked distracted—the Empyrean Forge business card still on her mind. But she's a professional. Valentina brought her lucha libre high-flying, keeping Phoenix off-balance early with hurricanranas and springboard attacks.
Phoenix weathered the storm and used her veteran experience to ground Valentina. Power moves, strikes, a powerbomb that got two. The finish came when Valentina went for a springboard—Phoenix caught her with a spinning backfist mid-air! Cover—ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winner: Phoenix Rayne via pinfall (9:22)
Phoenix celebrated, but her eyes drifted to the crowd—where Empyrean Forge representatives were watching and applauding. She looked conflicted. Lexi Gomez appeared on the stage, Women's Championship over her shoulder.
"Phoenix. You've been impressive lately. But I noticed you've been... distracted. Empyrean Forge, right? If you're thinking about leaving REIGN, that's your choice. But if you want a shot at THIS title before you go... you know where to find me."
Phoenix nodded slowly. A choice looms.
Backstage: The Accord Initiative (Kade Anderson & Leo Noctis) confronted Diana Cross and Judge Morgan. "We want another shot at the Crown Jewels! They cheated at Kingdom Come, and they cheated tonight with that masked guy!" Morgan nodded: "You'll get your opportunity. But first, prove you deserve it. Next week—Accord Initiative versus a team of Diana's choosing. Win, and you're next in line." Kade: "Done." Leo: "We're ready."
Match Three: Showcase
Lucas Kane vs. Jett Williams
Singles Match
Kane was still seething after losing the TV Title final at Kingdom Come. Jett Williams, the rising star, got the opportunity to test himself against the powerhouse.
Kane dominated early with his size and power—clubbing strikes, slams, a brutal spinebuster. But Jett's speed kept him in the fight. Springboard dropkick! Enzuigiri! Jett was building momentum!
Kane caught Jett going for a crossbody and hit Lights Out (running powerslam). Cover—ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winner: Lucas Kane via pinfall (8:44)
Kane stood over Jett, still angry. He grabbed a mic:
"Avalanche Anderson. You stole MY Television Championship. I don't care if you're dealing with losing that UWA World title—I want what's MINE. You and me. Next week. Title on the line."
Challenge issued.
Main Event: #1 Contender's Match
Maxwell Sterling vs. Avalanche Anderson
#1 Contender to REIGN World Championship
Two men with something to prove. Sterling needed to reclaim his path to gold. Avalanche needed to prove losing the UWA World Championship hasn't broken him.
Sterling tried to wrestle smart, using technical wrestling to neutralize Avalanche's power. Wristlocks, headlocks, ground control. But Avalanche eventually overpowered him—clotheslines, a snap suplex, a powerslam for two.
Penelope Price provided distractions throughout—climbing the apron, yelling at the referee. Avalanche ignored her. Sterling used an eye poke to create separation, then hit a running knee for a close two-count.
The finish came when Sterling went for the Sterling Pound—Avalanche ducked! He lifted Sterling for the Avalanche Drop—Penelope grabbed Sterling's leg from outside! Avalanche dropped Sterling to confront her—STERLING HIT A LOW BLOW! The referee didn't see it! Roll-up with tights—ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winner: Maxwell Sterling via pinfall (16:47) — #1 Contender
Sterling escaped with a tainted victory! Avalanche slammed the mat in frustration. Sterling and Penelope fled up the ramp, celebrating.
Judge James Morgan appeared on the stage, shaking his head.
"Maxwell Sterling... you just earned your rematch with Cameron Grayson. But I saw what happened. At the next show, there will be NO Penelope Price at ringside. Championship matches will be contested FAIRLY. Consider this your warning."
Sterling's face fell. Grayson vs. Sterling II is coming—but this time, Sterling has no backup.
Attendance: 7,612 at the YouTube Theater
Rating Notes: Kingdom Come fallout delivered. Sterling earned his rematch through cheating but will face Grayson without Penelope. Crown Jewels retained via mysterious masked man interference. Phoenix Rayne torn between REIGN and Empyrean Forge. Lucas Kane challenged Avalanche for TV Title. Accord Initiative earned a proving match.
Resistance: Uprising
Philadelphia, PA — Monday, February 23, 2026
Opening Segment: "The Double Champion"
The 2300 Arena was electric. Holden Nobody entered to the loudest ovation in Resistance history, BOTH championships over his shoulders—the Resistance World Championship AND the UWA World Championship. The man nobody believed in holds the two most prestigious titles in the company.
The crowd chanted "HOL-DEN NO-BO-DY!" as he stood in the ring, exhausted but proud.
"I've been wrestling for fifteen years. I've lost more matches than I can count. I've been told I'm too small, too slow, not good enough. Nobody believed in me—and that's okay. Because I believed in myself. And now? I'm standing here as YOUR Resistance World Champion AND YOUR UWA World Champion."
The crowd exploded. Holden continued:
"I'm not going to stand here and pretend I have all the answers. I don't know how long I can hold both titles. I don't know who's coming for me next. But I know this: whoever wants these championships will have to EARN them. Because Holden Nobody doesn't quit. Ever."
GM Victor Stone's music hit. The crowd booed loudly as the corrupt GM walked to the ring, looking furious but nervous—Judge James Morgan's warning from Kingdom Come still fresh.
Stone: "Holden. Congratulations. You've accomplished something remarkable. But let me be clear—I'm still the General Manager of this brand. And Judge Morgan may be watching, but I still make the matches."
Holden: "What do you want, Stone?"
Stone: "Tonight, you'll defend the Resistance World Championship. Against... Derek Thorne."
The crowd booed. Another Thorne match? But Holden smiled.
"Derek Thorne? The guy I've beaten TWICE? Fine. I'll beat him a third time."
Stone smirked: "We'll see. And next week? Alexei Volkov gets his rematch. Third time's the charm, right?"
Volkov appeared on the titantron from backstage, seething.
"Holden. You got lucky. TWICE. At Kingdom Come, I had you broken. You should not have survived. But next week? There will be no luck. Only destruction. I WILL take back MY championship."
Holden stared at the screen, unflinching. The rematch is set.
Medical Update: Maya Chen reported from backstage. "Mike McCoy suffered a separated shoulder and multiple contusions at Kingdom Come. He's out 6-8 weeks minimum. Pete Graves has a severe concussion and is out indefinitely. Tommy Vance's reign as Hardcore Champion begins with no clear challenger." The camera cut to Vance watching the report, lighter flickering in his hand. "Good. Let them heal. When they come back, I'll burn them again."
Match One: Women's Championship Contender's Match
"Havoc" Hannah Cross vs. Samantha Stone
#1 Contender to Women's Championship
After her strong showing against Rosa Guerrera at Kingdom Come, Hannah Cross wanted another shot. But she had to earn it.
Samantha Stone brought power, but Hannah's brawling was more intense. Forearms, headbutts, a running knee that staggered Stone. Stone fought back with a sidewalk slam and a powerslam, getting a two-count.
The finish came when Stone went for a clothesline—Hannah ducked, lifted her—HAVOC DRIVER! Cover—ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winner: Hannah Cross via pinfall (7:33) — #1 Contender
Hannah Cross earned another shot at Rosa Guerrera! Rosa appeared on the stage, championship in hand, and nodded respect. Round two is coming.
Match Two: Tag Team Showcase
The Compound (c) (Marcus Webb & Titus Black) vs. The Havoc Brothers (Jake & Jesse Havoc)
Non-Title Match
The double tag team champions needed to stay sharp. The Havoc Brothers brought their chaos, but The Compound's chemistry was superior.
Webb and Black worked beautifully together—quick tags, double-team moves, isolating Jesse Havoc. Jake tried to interfere but Black cut him off with a diving clothesline to the floor.
Black Compound Protocol on Jesse—cover—ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winners: The Compound via pinfall (9:17)
The Compound celebrated, but the lights flickered. The Young Hounds appeared on the titantron.
Ricky Vicious: "Compound. Kingdom Come was just the beginning. You survived us once. You won't survive us again."
Danny Stryker: "We've been studying you. Watching your patterns. Your weaknesses. Next time we meet? Those championships are OURS."
The Compound looked at each other, concerned. The Hounds are hunting.
Backstage Confrontation: Victor Stone was in his office when Judge James Morgan entered. Stone jumped nervously. Morgan: "Victor. I've reviewed your booking patterns. Stacking the deck against Holden Nobody. Giving Volkov favorable treatment. It ends now." Stone: "I don't know what you're—" Morgan: "I'm watching you. One more biased decision, and I'll recommend to RCE that you be replaced. Am I clear?" Stone nodded weakly. Morgan left. Stone slammed his desk in frustration.
Match Three: Hardcore Champion in Action
Tommy Vance (c) vs. Randy "Rabid" Lawson
Non-Title — Hardcore Rules
Vance wanted to demonstrate his new championship dominance. Randy Lawson, the wild brawler, accepted the challenge.
This was violence. Chairs, kendo sticks, trash cans—everything was used. Lawson brought his rabid intensity, but Vance matched it with calculated brutality. A DDT on a chair got two for Vance. A piledriver through a table got two for Lawson.
The finish came when Vance pulled out his lighter—Lawson charged—Vance threw powder in his eyes! Blinded, Lawson stumbled—Vance hit a brainbuster onto a steel chair! Cover—ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winner: Tommy Vance via pinfall (11:22)
Vance stood over Lawson, championship raised, lighter flickering. The Hardcore division has a new terrorizing champion.
Main Event: Resistance World Championship
Holden Nobody (c) vs. Derek Thorne
Resistance World Championship
Holden's third match against "The Destroyer." Two wins already. Could he make it three?
Thorne came out aggressive, knowing his reputation was on the line. Powerslams, corner splashes, a brutal spinebuster—all got near-falls. Holden absorbed punishment, refusing to stay down.
At the ten-minute mark, Holden started his comeback. Dropkicks, running strikes, a diving crossbody that got two. The crowd rallied: "HOL-DEN! HOL-DEN!"
Thorne went for the Destroyer Bomb—Holden slipped out! NOBODY'S HOME! Cover—ONE! TWO! THR—THORNE KICKED OUT!
The crowd gasped. Holden looked surprised. He went for another Nobody's Home—Thorne blocked it! Spinebuster! Cover—ONE! TWO! HOLDEN KICKED OUT!
Both men exhausted. Thorne climbed to the second rope for a diving splash—Holden moved! Thorne crashed! Holden climbed to the top—DIVING ELBOW DROP! Cover—ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winner: Holden Nobody via pinfall (14:55) — TITLE RETAINED
THREE AND O AGAINST DEREK THORNE! Holden Nobody retained the Resistance World Championship! He held up both titles as the crowd celebrated.
Alexei Volkov appeared on the stage, clapping slowly.
"Three times against Thorne. Impressive. But next week? You face me. And I promise you, Holden—the third time will be different. The Russian Bear does not lose THREE times to the same man."
Holden stared him down, championships raised. Next week: Holden Nobody vs. Alexei Volkov III.
Attendance: 2,300 at the 2300 Arena (Sold Out)
Rating Notes: Holden proved he's no fluke champion by beating Thorne a third time. Volkov rematch set for next week. Victor Stone warned by Judge Morgan. Hannah Cross earned another shot at Rosa. The Compound continue as double champions. Tommy Vance dominated in hardcore showcase.
PW:NEO: Paradigm Shift
Chicago, IL — Wednesday, February 25, 2026
Opening Segment: "The Legend's Reign Begins"
Akira Tanaka entered to a standing ovation, the NEO Championship over his shoulder. At 44 years old, he accomplished what many thought impossible—defeating the young, arrogant Zephyr Vance to become NEO Champion.
The crowd chanted "A-KI-RA! A-KI-RA!" as he bowed respectfully in the ring.
"At Kingdom Come, I proved that experience, dedication, and heart can overcome youth and arrogance. Zephyr Vance pushed me to my limits. And in the end... he learned what I learned decades ago: this business is about more than speed and flash. It's about soul."
He paused, looking at the championship.
"I don't know how long this reign will last. I'm 44 years old. My body has more miles on it than most. But I promise you this: every title defense will be worthy of this championship. Whoever challenges me will face the best version of Akira Tanaka."
Zephyr Vance's music hit. The crowd tensed—what version of Zephyr would appear? The arrogant heel? Or the humbled young man who bowed at Kingdom Come?
Zephyr walked to the ring slowly, no theatrics. He entered and stood across from Akira.
Zephyr: "I came out here to say something I've never said before. Akira Tanaka... you're the better man. At Kingdom Come, I threw everything at you—and you survived. You adapted. You won. I underestimated you, and I paid for it."
Akira: "Zephyr—"
Zephyr: "Let me finish. I've been arrogant. Disrespectful. I mocked you, mocked your age, mocked your legacy. I was wrong. You earned that championship. And when I come for it again—and I will—it will be with the respect you deserve."
He extended his hand. Akira shook it. The crowd applauded. Character growth.
But then David Fish's music hit. The 15-year veteran walked to the ring.
"Akira. Old friend. Congratulations. But I've been wrestling in NEO for over a decade, and I've never held that championship. I don't have many years left. So I'm asking—not demanding—for a title shot. One last chance to see if I can reach the top."
Akira nodded: "David, you've earned that right. You put me over when I returned. Now I'll give you the same opportunity. Next week—Akira Tanaka versus David Fish for the NEO Championship."
The crowd roared. Respect between veterans. Main event set for next week.
Medical Update: Grant Williams suffered aggravated ligament damage to his knee at Kingdom Come. He's out 3-4 months minimum. Paul Sterling, his Foundation partner, looked devastated in a backstage interview: "Grant gave everything. His knee couldn't hold up. But when he comes back, we're going to take those titles back from High Society. This isn't over."
Match One: Technical Championship Open Challenge
Shinji Nakamura (c) vs. Preston Alexander
Technical Championship — Open Challenge
Nakamura issued an open challenge for his first defense. Preston Alexander, the scheming businessman, accepted—surprising everyone.
Alexander tried to use dirty tactics—eye rakes, rope breaks, stalling. But Nakamura's submission game was too pure. Every time Alexander tried something underhanded, Nakamura transitioned into a hold.
The finish came when Alexander went for a roll-up with the tights—Nakamura reversed into an anklelock! Alexander scrambled for the ropes—Nakamura pulled him back! Grapevined the leg! Alexander TAPPED!
Winner: Shinji Nakamura via submission (8:55) — TITLE RETAINED
Nakamura's first defense: successful. The submission specialist showed that cheating doesn't work against pure technique.
Match Two: Women's Championship Showcase
Mia Chen (c) vs. Elektra Storm
Non-Title Match
Mia Chen's first match as champion. She came out with cold confidence, championship over her shoulder, clipboard in hand. The analytical prodigy was ready to prove Kingdom Come wasn't a fluke.
Elektra Storm brought her MMA striking, but Mia had clearly studied her. Every kick was anticipated. Every punch was countered. It was eerie—Mia knew Storm's offense before Storm threw it.
The finish came when Storm went for a spinning back fist—Mia ducked, caught the arm, transitioned into a cross-armbreaker. Storm tapped quickly.
Winner: Mia Chen via submission (6:18)
Mia stood over Storm, cold and calculating. She grabbed a mic:
"Another opponent. Another pattern decoded. This is what I do. I study. I analyze. I predict. Jade Kwan wasn't special—she was predictable. Just like everyone else on this roster. If you want to challenge me for this championship... know that I'll already have you figured out before you step in the ring."
Jade Kwan appeared on the titantron from a training facility.
"Mia. You decoded me. You beat me. But I've been watching you too. Studying your patterns. Learning your tells. You think you're the only one who can analyze? Next time we meet... I'll be ready."
Mia smiled coldly. The chess match continues.
Empyrean Forge Update: Victoria Cross received a call in her office. "Yes... I understand. They're interested in multiple NEO talents. I'll relay the message." She hung up, looking troubled. Empyrean Forge is making moves. Who's on their list?
Match Three: Tag Team Championship Showcase
High Society (c) (Sebastian Grey & Montgomery Black) vs. The Hedge Fund (Sterling Cash & Bradley Banks)
Tag Team Championship — Former Champions' Challenge
The Hedge Fund wanted their titles back. But High Society proved why they're champions—even if they won it through Williams' injury.
Grey and Black worked smoothly together, using double-team tactics and aristocrat arrogance. Cash and Banks brought their corporate ruthlessness, nearly winning several times with underhanded moves.
The finish came when Cash went for a roll-up with the ropes—Grey kicked out! Banks tried to interfere—Black hit him with a dropkick! Grey caught Cash in a small package—ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winners: High Society via pinfall (12:44) — TITLE RETAINED
High Society retained! But after the match, Paul Sterling attacked both teams! He cleared the ring with a steel chair!
"You targeted my partner's knee! You ended his career hopes! When Grant Williams comes back, we're coming for ALL of you! The Foundation will rise again!"
Sterling stood alone in the ring, chair raised, breathing heavily. The Foundation may be down, but they're not out.
Main Event: Former Champion Showcase
Zephyr Vance vs. Marcus Cole
Singles Match
Zephyr's first match since losing the championship. Would the humbled version stick? Or would frustration bring back the arrogance?
Zephyr wrestled differently. More respectful. Offered clean breaks on the ropes. Helped Cole up after knockdowns. The crowd was intrigued—is this a new Zephyr Vance?
But his skill remained elite. High-flying offense, technical precision, speed. Cole couldn't keep up. Vance-ication (630 splash)—cover—ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winner: Zephyr Vance via pinfall (10:07)
Zephyr won cleanly and helped Cole to his feet post-match. He grabbed a mic:
"I'm not the same person I was before Kingdom Come. Akira Tanaka taught me something. Losing taught me something. I'm going to rebuild. I'm going to earn my way back to the top. And when I challenge for the NEO Championship again—it will be as a better man."
He bowed to the crowd and left. Character development in real-time. The arrogant heel is becoming something else.
Attendance: 4,556 at Wintrust Arena
Rating Notes: Kingdom Come fallout delivered character growth. Akira vs. David Fish set for next week. Zephyr Vance shows new respect. Mia Chen dominates in first defense. Nakamura retained Technical Championship. Paul Sterling snapped after Foundation's collapse. Empyrean Forge interest in multiple talents.
