UWA WEEKLY — WEEK 6
March 6–11, 2026 | The Road to Battlelines
REIGN: Ascension
Los Angeles, CA — Friday, March 6, 2026
Opening Segment: "The Champion's Challenge"
Cameron Grayson opened the show, REIGN World Championship on his shoulder. The crowd gave him a standing ovation after his clean victory over Maxwell Sterling last week.
"Last week, I proved what I've been saying all along. No shortcuts. No cheating. Just hard work and determination. Maxwell Sterling threw everything at me, and I STILL beat him clean in the middle of this ring."
He paused, looking at the championship.
"But I'm not here to rest on my laurels. I'm a fighting champion. So I'm putting out an open challenge for Battlelines. Anyone on this roster who thinks they can take this from me, step up. Earn your shot. And I'll prove why I'm the best in REIGN."
Avalanche Anderson's music hit. The TV Champion walked to the ring, his own title over his shoulder.
Avalanche: "Cameron. Respect. You've proven yourself as World Champion. But I've been in the main event scene for years. I held the UWA World Championship. I've been TV Champion. And I've never had a one-on-one shot at the REIGN World Championship."
Grayson: "You want a shot? You've earned consideration. But I said EARN it. Beat someone in the main event tonight, and you've got your match at Battlelines."
Avalanche: "Who?"
Grayson: "How about the man who's been demanding a rematch since Kingdom Come... Lucas Kane."
GM Diana Cross appeared: "It's official. Tonight's main event: Avalanche Anderson vs. Lucas Kane. Winner faces Cameron Grayson for the REIGN World Championship at Battlelines!"
The crowd roared. The main event is set.
Backstage: Vanessa Page was in her private locker room (naturally, the biggest one), being attended to by stylists. Interviewer Maya Chen entered. "Vanessa, last week you made a huge statement, laying out both Phoenix Rayne and Chelsea Blake. What's next?" Vanessa barely looked up: "What's next is I prove I'm better than everyone in this division. Tonight, Diana Cross is giving me a match. And whoever they put in front of me? They're going to learn what happens when you step in the ring with the heiress. After that? Lexi Gomez gives me MY title shot. It's not a request. It's an inevitability."
Match One: Tag Team Championship
The Crown Jewels (c) (Prince Kai & Duke Morrison) vs. The Accord Initiative (Kade Anderson & Leo Noctis)
Tag Team Championship
The match the Accord Initiative earned. They came out fired up, ready to finally capture gold.
The Crown Jewels tried their usual tactics. Cheap shots, distractions, double-teams behind the referee's back. But Kade and Leo were prepared. They'd studied every trick.
Ten minutes in, the Accord Initiative had momentum. Leo hit a springboard hurricanrana on Duke! Kade hit a spinebuster on Kai! They set up for the Accord Bomb—
THE MASKED MAN APPEARED ON THE APRON!
The referee was distracted! Kade went after him—the masked man jumped down! But Leo wasn't distracted—he rolled up Kai! ONE! TWO! THR—DUKE BROKE IT UP!
Chaos in the ring. The masked man slid a chair to Duke—Leo intercepted it! He swung at Duke—Duke ducked—LEO HIT KADE BY ACCIDENT!
Kai hit the Crown Jewel Drop on Leo! Cover—ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winners: The Crown Jewels via pinfall (14:22) — TITLE RETAINED
The Crown Jewels retained again through chaos! But the crowd was furious. Kade was down. Leo looked devastated that he'd accidentally hit his partner.
The masked man entered the ring and stood with the Crown Jewels. Prince Kai grabbed a mic:
"You want to know who our insurance policy is? Fine. It's time the world knows."
The masked man removed his mask.
BARON VICTOR ASHFORD.
The crowd gasped. The former REIGN wrestler who was "released" six months ago. The aristocrat who claimed he was above competing with "commoners."
Ashford: "Did you think I was gone? I was simply... waiting. The Crown Jewels are MY proteges. MY investments. And together, we are THE MONARCHY. These tag team championships are just the beginning. Soon, we'll control ALL of REIGN's gold."
The Monarchy posed over the fallen Accord Initiative. A new faction has formed.
Match Two: Proving Ground
Vanessa Page vs. Amber Storm
Singles Match
Vanessa's in-ring debut. The crowd booed as "7/11" by Beyonce played and the heiress made her entrance, sitting on the bottom rope and swinging her legs around with practiced arrogance.
Amber Storm, a solid midcarder, looked determined to make a statement against the newcomer.
It didn't matter. Vanessa was vicious.
Technical wrestling mixed with aerial attacks. "Simply Flawless" cutter got a two-count. "Bringing Sexy Back" slingshot suplex. Handspring headscissors takedown. Storm couldn't find any offense.
Vanessa played with her food. She could have won at any point but chose to punish Storm instead. Finally, she hit "Empire State of Mind" (Codebreaker)! Cover—ONE! TWO! THREE!
Winner: Vanessa Page via pinfall (7:33)
Vanessa stood over Amber Storm, not even breathing hard. She grabbed a mic:
"That's what championship-level competition looks like. Lexi Gomez, I hope you were watching. At Battlelines, I want MY title match. And unlike this poor girl, you might actually last more than seven minutes. Maybe."
She dropped the mic and exited to thunderous boos. The heiress has made her statement.
Backstage: Lexi Gomez watched on a monitor. "She's good. I'll give her that. Technical. Athletic. Arrogant as hell." She turned to the camera: "Vanessa, you want a title match at Battlelines? You've got it. But all that money, all that pedigree, all that attitude? It won't help you when you're locked in the ring with me. I've defended this championship against everyone. You're just the next name on the list."
Match Three: Dead Eyez Continues
Dead Eyez vs. Rico Martinez
Singles Match
Rico Martinez talked trash before the match, mocking Dead Eyez's prison background. "What's a convict gonna do against a REAL wrestler?"
The bell rang. Dead Eyez didn't wrestle. He FOUGHT.
Stiff forearms. Elbows. Ground and pound. Martinez tried to fight back—Dead Eyez absorbed the shots like they were nothing. Four years in Corcoran taught him how to take punishment.
Martinez went for a suplex—Dead Eyez blocked it and hit a release German suplex that folded Martinez in half. Then the Cop Killa (Gringo Killa). Cover—ONE! TWO! THREE.
Winner: Dead Eyez via pinfall (3:41)
Another quick, violent victory. Dead Eyez grabbed the mic, his voice flat:
"I told you. I don't care about your storylines. I don't care about your drama. I just want to fight. Send whoever you want. I'll do the same thing."
He dropped the mic and left. No celebration. No posing. Just walked out like he was clocking out of a shift.
Backstage: Phoenix Rayne stood alone, looking at the Empyrean Forge business card in her hand. Chelsea Blake approached. "Still thinking about running to SHOOT Project? Maybe you should. You're clearly not good enough for REIGN anyway." Phoenix looked at her coldly: "Chelsea, I've beaten you twice. And last week? I only lost because Vanessa Page interfered." Chelsea smirked: "Excuses. Maybe you should go to SHOOT. They might appreciate a loser like you." Phoenix crumpled the business card: "I'm not going anywhere. I'm staying right here. And at Battlelines? I want YOU. One more time. I'm going to prove I belong in REIGN—by beating you definitively." Chelsea nodded: "You're on." The match is set.
Main Event: #1 Contender's Match
Avalanche Anderson vs. Lucas Kane

Grayson: "Congratulations. You earned it. At Battlelines, you'll get your shot."
Avalanche: "Cameron, I respect you. But I've been chasing the World Championship for years. At Battlelines, respect goes out the window. I'm taking that title."
Grayson: "You can try."
They shook hands—then Avalanche pulled Grayson in close:

Resistance: Uprising
Philadelphia, PA — Monday, March 9, 2026
Opening Segment: "The Double Champion Speaks"
Holden Nobody opened the show to a thunderous ovation. Both championships over his shoulders. The crowd chanted "HOL-DEN! HOL-DEN!" as the double champion stood in the ring.
"Three weeks ago, I beat Avalanche Anderson to become UWA World Champion. Last week, I beat Alexei Volkov for the THIRD time to retain the Resistance World Championship. And somewhere along the way... I became something I never thought I'd be. A dominant champion."
He looked at both titles.
"For fifteen years, people told me I wasn't good enough. Too small. Too ordinary. Not a 'real' champion. But here I am. Double champion. And I'm not giving these up without a fight. So whoever wants a shot at Battlelines—step up."
Victor Stone's music hit. The corrupt GM walked to the stage, microphone in hand, Judge Morgan standing behind him with arms crossed.
Stone: "Holden, you've been impressive. I'll admit it. But you can't hold BOTH world championships forever. At Battlelines, you'll defend the UWA World Championship against a challenger from another brand. And the Resistance World Championship? That'll be defended against someone who's EARNED a shot."
Morgan: "And Victor will make this decision fairly. I'll be watching."
Stone: "Of course, Judge. The UWA World Championship challenger will be announced later tonight. As for the Resistance World Championship... the challenger will be decided by a triple threat match tonight. Alexei Volkov vs. Derek Thorne vs. Tommy Vance."
The crowd buzzed. Three dangerous men. One title shot.
Holden: "Bring whoever you want. I'll be ready."
Backstage: The Compound (Marcus Webb & Titus Black) were walking through the arena when they stopped cold. On the wall, spray-painted in red: "TONIGHT YOU FALL - THE HOUNDS." They looked at each other nervously. The Young Hounds have been playing psychological warfare for weeks. Is tonight finally the night?
Match One: Women's Division
Rosa Guerrera vs. Sarah Blackwood
Non-Title Match
Rosa's first match since retaining against Hannah Cross. Sarah Blackwood, a technical specialist, hoped to make a statement against the champion.
Rosa was in control throughout. Her lucha style kept Blackwood off-balance. Hurricanranas, springboard attacks, lightning-fast strikes. Blackwood got some offense—a snap suplex, a submission attempt—but Rosa was too experienced.
La Rosa Negra locked in! Blackwood tapped immediately!
Winner: Rosa Guerrera via submission (8:14)
Rosa stood tall, championship raised. Then "Havoc" Hannah Cross appeared on the stage.
Hannah: "Rosa. We've fought twice. You've beaten me twice. But I'm not done. I can't be done. At Battlelines... I want one more shot. A HARDCORE match. No rules. No submissions. Just violence. That's MY world. Let's see how you do in it."
Rosa: "You want hardcore? You want to fight in YOUR world? Fine. At Battlelines, we do it your way. But the result will be the same. I'll still be champion."
Hannah: "We'll see."
The match is set. Rosa Guerrera vs. Hannah Cross III—Hardcore Rules.
Match Two: Tag Team Showcase
The Compound (Marcus Webb & Titus Black) vs. The Wrecking Crew (Bull Bronson & Demolition Dave)

RICKY VICIOUS HIT WEBB WITH A STEEL CHAIR! DANNY STRYKER SPEARED BLACK THROUGH THE ANNOUNCE TABLE!
The attack was VICIOUS. Chairs. Stomps. Webb was busted open. Black wasn't moving. The Young Hounds stood over the destruction, championships in their hands.
Ricky: "We told you we were coming. You should have listened."
Danny: "At Battlelines. Both tag team championships. We're taking EVERYTHING from you."
They dropped the titles on the fallen champions and left. The Compound was destroyed. Medical rushed to the ring.
Medical Update: Backstage, Marcus Webb was being treated for a head laceration. Titus Black was being checked for a possible concussion. The Compound vowed they'd be at Battlelines: "Those bastards attacked us from behind. At Battlelines, we'll be ready. And we're going to END them."
Match Three: Hardcore Division
Tommy Vance vs. Jack Lawson
Hardcore Rules — Rematch
Lawson wanted revenge for losing the Hardcore Championship. Vance wanted to prove his dominance.
Weapons everywhere. Chairs. Kendo sticks. Tables. Lawson brought the fight—chair shots to Vance's back, a suplex onto a pile of chairs. But Vance was in his element.

Vance stood over Lawson, lighter flickering. The Hardcore division is HIS.
Segment: UWA World Championship Challenger Announcement
Victor Stone appeared on stage with Judge Morgan.
Stone: "The UWA World Championship is a cross-brand title. Which means the challenger can come from ANY brand. After careful consideration—and Judge Morgan's oversight—the challenger for Battlelines will be... from PW:NEO..."
The crowd buzzed.
Stone: "ZEPHYR VANCE."
The crowd reacted—mixed. Zephyr Vance? The former NEO Champion? The man who's been showing a new attitude?
A video message from Zephyr played:
"Holden Nobody. I've watched you become double champion. I respect what you've accomplished. But I lost the NEO Championship, and I need to rebuild. What better way than to challenge for the UWA World Championship? At Battlelines, I'm not coming as the arrogant heel I used to be. I'm coming as a competitor who wants to prove he's changed. May the best man win."
Holden Nobody appeared on the stage:
"Zephyr, I've seen your transformation. I respect it. But respect won't stop me from defending MY championship. At Battlelines, you'll get the fight of your life."
The match is set. Holden Nobody vs. Zephyr Vance for the UWA World Championship.

Winner: Alexei Volkov via pinfall (18:33)
ALEXEI VOLKOV IS GOING TO BATTLELINES!
The crowd gave Volkov a mixed reaction—but there were cheers. He grabbed a mic:
"Holden Nobody. You have beaten me three times. THREE TIMES. At Kingdom Come, I said you earned my respect. I meant it. But respect does not mean I accept defeat. At Battlelines, we fight AGAIN. And this time? The Russian Bear will not lose. This time... I become champion."

Akira Tanaka opened the show, NEO Championship over his shoulder. The crowd gave him a standing ovation after his classic match against David Fish last week.
"Last week, David Fish and I showed what professional wrestling can be at its best. Two veterans. Mutual respect. A match worthy of this championship. David may not have won, but he proved he's still one of the best in the world."
David Fish appeared on the stage, walking slowly to the ring. The crowd gave him a standing ovation.
Fish: "Akira. Thank you for that match. It may have been my last title shot. But I'm not retiring yet. I have more to give. Just... maybe not at the championship level."
Akira: "David, you—"
Preston Alexander's music hit. The scheming businessman walked out, microphone in hand.
Alexander: "How touching. Two old men patting each other on the back. But Akira, you're 44 years old. You're living on borrowed time. At Battlelines, I'm challenging for the NEO Championship. I've earned it. I've beaten half the roster. And unlike David Fish, I'm not going to shake your hand and walk away. I'm going to TAKE that championship."
Akira: "You want a title shot? You'll have to earn it. Tonight, you face David Fish. Win, and you'll face me at Battlelines."

JADE KWAN'S MUSIC HIT.
The former champion walked to the ring, fire in her eyes. She entered and stood face-to-face with Mia.
Jade: "Mia. You decoded me at Kingdom Come. You studied my patterns and beat me. I admitted it. But I've been working. I've developed NEW patterns. New techniques. Things you've NEVER seen."
Mia: "You think new moves will help? I don't just decode patterns. I decode PEOPLE. I know who you are, Jade. Desperate. Frustrated. Trying to reinvent yourself. But underneath? You're the same predictable fighter I beat three weeks ago."

He's ahead of schedule. He'll be cleared in two weeks. And when he is? We're coming for those tag titles." Grey laughed: "Two weeks? Battlelines is next week. You'll have to find a replacement partner." Sterling smiled: "Maybe I already have." He left. High Society looked concerned.
