Dutch Harris: Welcome to a special Reckoning Day preview edition of Straight SHOOTIN'. This is the biggest pay-per-view of the year so far, with every major championship on the line and personal vendettas coming to a head. I'm joined by Scott Kamura and Bryan Harris. Gentlemen, this card is absolutely stacked.
Dustin "Thunderwolf" Kelser vs. Corey Lazarus (c)
Scott Kamura: This is the culmination of months of tension between two men who won tag team gold together. The contract signing showed us everything we need to know about where this relationship stands. Thunderwolf bringing up Fiona's injuries, Corey firing back about Dustin's family, and then Arthur Pleasant's interference showed both men they have bigger problems than each other.
Bryan Harris: Bigger problems? Please. Thunderwolf is about to get exposed as the washed-up has-been that Corey always knew he was. You heard Dustin himself say it: win or lose, he can walk away and spend time with family. That's loser talk. Corey doesn't have that luxury. This is his life. That desperation makes him dangerous.
Dutch Harris: Sixty-minute time limit, one fall to finish. The championship can only change hands via pinfall, submission, or TKO. This is going to be a war, and I think we're going to see a side of both men we haven't seen in years.
Arthur Pleasant vs. Ricky Tenet
Dutch Harris: Knockout only. Ten count. This is old school SHOOT Project violence, and Ricky Tenet called Arthur Pleasant out for this specific match type.
Scott Kamura: I'm worried Ricky made a critical mistake. Yes, he saved Corey and Thunderwolf from Arthur's fake security team, but challenging Arthur to an Iron Fist match? Arthur Pleasant is a former Iron Fist Champion. He thrives in this environment. This is where he's most dangerous.
Bryan Harris: Mistake? This kid just signed his own death warrant. For three months Arthur has terrorized Ricky's friends and family, and now Ricky thinks a big hero moment is going to solve everything? Arthur Pleasant doesn't lose in Iron Fist matches. The Last Vanguard is about to learn what true violence looks like.
Spinebuster Island vs. The Moonshiners vs. The Empire (c)
Bryan Harris: Eddie E. handed The Empire the easiest title defense of their reign. Spinebuster Island and The Moonshiners are going to destroy each other, and Mike de los Huesos and Golden Burkhalter are going to walk in, pick up the scraps, and walk out still champions. This is gift-wrapped for them.
Scott Kamura: I don't think it's that simple. Spinebuster Island has been on a tear, and The Moonshiners had The Empire beat clean before the post-match attack. Both teams are hungry, and in a triple threat, The Empire can lose without being pinned.
Dutch Harris: The wild card here is whether Grappler's Guild solidarity holds. Jamie Johnson stopped his own team from continuing the assault. Will that hesitation cost them at Reckoning Day?
Vito Valentino vs. Johnny Napalm vs. The Darkspade (c)
Scott Kamura: The psychological warfare in this match is off the charts. Darkspade hacked Vito's PinnacleBets account and placed a million-dollar bet on Johnny Napalm. Johnny's threatening both of them with his "God of Violence" persona. And Vito's got a million reasons to want to shut both of them up.
Bryan Harris: Johnny Napalm is the God of Losing. He's never won the big one. Darkspade is a genius who's in Vito's head, and Vito's too busy counting money to realize he's being played. The Darkspade retains, and it won't even be close.
Dutch Harris: Don't sleep on Johnny Napalm. Desperate men do desperate things, and that "Pay Your Penance" promo showed a darker side we haven't seen before.
Izzy Sia vs. Madison Seton (c)
Dutch Harris: Madison Seton has been on an incredible run as Premier Champion, but Izzy Sia represents a new generation looking to make their mark on the biggest stage.
Scott Kamura: This is a fascinating stylistic clash. Seton's technical prowess versus Sia's innovation. Both competitors are at the top of their game right now.
Bryan Harris: Madison Seton isn't losing to some upstart at Reckoning Day. She's defended that title against everyone SHOOT Project has thrown at her. Izzy Sia is just another name on the list.
Josiah Hudson vs. Holden Nobody vs. Ignatius Albert Martin
Scott Kamura: The winner of this triple threat gets the next shot at whoever walks out as Premier Champion. Josiah Hudson has been building momentum, Holden Nobody is unpredictable, and Ignatius Albert Martin is an unknown quantity.
Bryan Harris: Hudson's the only real competitor here. Nobody is a sideshow act, and Martin barely has a pulse. This should be a formality.
Jamie Johnson vs. Mike de los Huesos
Dutch Harris: This is personal. The Grappler's Guild versus The Empire war has been escalating every week, and this is where it gets settled one-on-one.
Scott Kamura: Jamie stopped his own team from continuing the beatdown, but Mike's been in his head. That "Wrestling Buddies" comment, questioning Jamie's hunger. This is about proving who the better wrestler really is.
Bryan Harris: Mike de los Huesos doesn't need hunger because he's already better. Jamie Johnson leads a group called the Grappler's Joke. Mike's going to embarrass him at Reckoning Day and expose the entire Guild as pretenders.
Dutch Harris: This is the biggest SHOOT Project pay-per-view in years. Every championship is on the line, blood will be spilled in that Iron Fist match, and the landscape of SHOOT Project will be forever changed. My bold prediction: we're going to see at least two title changes.
Scott Kamura: I think Arthur Pleasant versus Ricky Tenet steals the show, but not in the way Ricky hopes. The World Championship match goes the distance, and we might see a draw. The Grappler's Guild cracks are going to show, and The Empire capitalizes.
Bryan Harris: All champions retain. The Grappler's Guild implodes. Arthur Pleasant ends Ricky Tenet's career. And everyone realizes what I've been saying all along: SHOOT Project belongs to the strong, not the sentimental.
Dutch Harris: That's all the time we have. Reckoning Day is going to be unforgettable. Thanks for watching Straight SHOOTIN', and we'll see you after the pay-per-view for the full recap and fallout analysis.
